1 year, parts and labor

Every product we sell and every installation we perform is guaranteed for one full year from the date of purchase or install. If a part we supplied fails, or something we installed stops working the way it should, we make it right.

What's covered

• Failure of any OEM part we supplied under normal use
• Workmanship on anything we installed, wired, or programmed
• Software and programming issues on modules we configured
• Labor to diagnose and correct a covered failure

What's not covered

• Damage from accidents, water intrusion, theft, or vandalism
• Modifications, re-wiring, or programming performed by someone else after our work
• Pre-existing vehicle faults unrelated to the parts we supplied
• Parts you sourced yourself (we still warranty our labor on them)
• Normal wear, cosmetic scuffs, and screen glass damage

Filing a claim

Start a warranty claim online with just your email, no account required. Tell us what's happening, attach photos or a short video if you can, and we'll respond with next steps. Most issues are resolved with a return visit or a replacement part shipped out.
