Shipping & delivery
How fast your order leaves us, who carries it, and how to follow it.
Handling time
Orders are packed and shipped from Fort Worth, TX. Handling time depends on the product:
- Most parts, harnesses, USB hubs, and antennas, ships within 48 hours
- APIM modules, ships within 48 hours after programming is confirmed
- Complete kits and instrument clusters / speedometers, ships in 2-4 business days
- Custom or VIN-programmed items, we'll confirm the timeline by email before shipping
Carriers & delivery
We ship via USPS and UPS depending on size and destination, with delivery typically 2-5 business days after the item leaves us. Expedited shipping is available on request, message us before ordering and we'll quote it.
Tracking your order
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your label is created. You can also check the status of any order any time from our order tracking page.
Local pickup
Fort Worth-area customers can pick up in person by appointment at no charge. Choose pickup at checkout or mention it when you book your install, and we'll confirm a time and the pickup address.
Shipping damage & lost packages
Inspect your package on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, photograph the box and the part and contact us within 5 days so we can file a carrier claim and get a replacement moving.
