Agreement

By using syncupgradelabs.com, placing an order, or booking an installation, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. SYNCUPGRADELABS is an independent shop and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ford Motor Company. Ford, SYNC, and related marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe fitment.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or not compatible with your vehicle. Some parts are programmed to your VIN and cannot be resold, see our returns policy before ordering.

Installation services

Install appointments require an accurate year, make, model, and VIN. You are responsible for the vehicle being accessible, in safe working condition, and legally yours to modify. Quoted times are estimates; hidden faults, prior aftermarket wiring, or damaged connectors may extend the job or require additional parts, which we'll discuss before proceeding. Deposits and cancellations are governed by our cancellation policy.

Fitment and vehicle responsibility

We verify compatibility from the information you give us. Modifying a vehicle's electronics may affect other factory features or dealer software updates. You accept responsibility for choosing to modify your vehicle, and for any local laws about display use while driving.

SMS messaging terms

If you opt in, Sync Upgrade Labs (SYNCUPGRADELABS) sends conversational customer service text messages about your order, appointment, warranty claim, or inquiry. We do not send marketing texts, and every message identifies Sync Upgrade Labs.

• Consent is optional and is never required to purchase anything from us, consent is not a condition of any purchase
• Message frequency varies with your activity, typically 2 to 8 messages per order or appointment; Sync Upgrade Labs does not charge for messages and message and data rates may apply
• You must be 16 or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you give us
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe from Sync Upgrade Labs at any time, or HELP for assistance from Sync Upgrade Labs
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• Supported carriers include the major U.S. carriers; delivery is not guaranteed on every network
• Your number and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing, see our privacy policy
• Sample messages, keyword replies, and a standalone sign-up form are published at syncupgradelabs.com/sms

Warranty and limitation of liability

Parts and labor are covered for one year as described in our warranty policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of use.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, no scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with the service, or submitting false information. Our installer tools (VIN decoding, as-built decoding, calibration lookup) are provided as-is for reference and you are responsible for verifying results before programming a vehicle.
